No Cancellation and Rebooking Policy

1. BOOKING POLICY
At Craft Salons Hub, all bookings are considered final. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for bookings made through our platform.
1.1 Customer Bookings
Once a booking for any service is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer, regardless of whether a full amount or an advance payment has been made. All payments are strictly non-refundable and will be forfeited.
This policy applies to all customer-initiated attempts to cancel, including late cancellations, very late cancellations, and no-shows. The full service amount, or any advance payment made, will be retained by the salon/platform.
1.2 Salon Initiated Cancellations
- If a salon cancels a booking for any reason, customers will receive a **full credit for future services or a rebooking option** regardless of the timing.
- In case of salon cancellations, we may offer an additional discount coupon for your next booking as compensation for the inconvenience.
1.3 Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling a confirmed booking is subject to the individual salon's discretion and availability. Requests for rescheduling must be made directly to the salon, and may incur additional charges. Craft Salons Hub does not guarantee the availability of rescheduling options or assume responsibility for any fees imposed by the salon for rescheduling.
2. CREDIT AND REBOOKING PROCESS
2.1 Eligibility for Credit and Rebooking
Credits for future services or rebooking options are **only applicable in specific situations** as outlined below:
- **Salon Initiated Cancellations:** As detailed in Section 1.2.
- **Technical Issues:** As detailed in Section 3.2.
- **Force Majeure:** As detailed in Section 3.3.
- **Partial Services:** As detailed in Section 2.3.
2.2 Credit and Rebooking Timeline
- Eligible credits will be issued within 5-7 business days as a **credit to your Craft Salons Hub account**.
- Rebooking options will be provided promptly.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and banking institution.
2.3 Partial Services
If you receive only part of the services you booked or if the services were not provided to your satisfaction, please follow our service quality complaint process:
- Notify the salon staff immediately about your concerns.
- If the issue remains unresolved, contact our customer support within 24 hours of service completion.
- Provide photos or other evidence if applicable.
- Our team will review your case and work with the salon to reach a resolution, which may include a **credit for future services or a rebooking option**.
3. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
3.1 Medical Emergencies
Cancellations due to medical emergencies by the customer do **not** qualify for credits or rebooking, as all bookings are final. The full service amount will be forfeited.
3.2 Technical Issues
If technical issues with our platform prevent you from receiving the service you booked, you will be eligible for a **full credit for future services or rebooking** at your convenience.
3.3 Force Majeure
In cases of events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), our team will work with you to find suitable alternatives or provide **credits for future services or rebooking options** as appropriate.
4. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
For customers or salons with subscription plans:
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Annual subscriptions cancelled before completion will be refunded on a pro-rated basis, less any discount received for annual commitment.
- Subscription cancellations must be requested through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
5. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
Craft Salons Hub reserves the right to modify this No Cancellation and Rebooking Policy at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with a new effective date.
Bookings made prior to policy changes will be subject to the policy in effect at the time of booking.
